For the final race of the 2016 the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas welcomes back the Red Bull Air Race to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the third consecutive year.
Situated in southern Nevada it is one of the fastest growing areas in the USA. The world-famous Las Vegas strip has become a global icon, helping the city to build its reputation as the entertainment capital of the world.
Known as the city that never stops performing, the neon lights and non-stop party atmosphere will make Las Vegas an electrifying final stop on the 2016 calendar.

The final stop of the 2016 season will see the Red Bull Air Race take to the stage at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Constructed in 1996, the Las Vegas Motor Speedway offers its guests many unique and exciting racing experiences. At the centre of the 1,600-acre multi-track facility is the 1.5-mile tri-oval superspeedway which hosts the annual NASCAR weekend in the spring. With 18-20 degree banks, the track is a favourite among motorsports fans and is also popular with daredevil drag racers.

LVMS suggests using the C.C. 215 Beltway east to I-15 North. Take I-15 North to exit 54 (Speedway Blvd). Using either of the LEFT two lanes on the exit ramp, travel straight across Speedway Blvd into Blue Lot. Follow the instructions of NHP and the parking attendants to your space.
Arrival from the Las Vegas Strip and the Southwest portion of the Las Vegas Valley:

Arrival from the Northeast portion of the Las Vegas Valley:
LVMS suggest using Las Vegas Blvd. Take Las Vegas Blvd north and turn left at Hollywood Blvd OR Entry #8.
Arrival from Logandale, Overton, Mesquite and all points north of Las Vegas:
Take I-15 South to exit 54 (Speedway Blvd). Turn left at Speedway Blvd and then turn left again into Blue Lot. Follow the instructions of NHP and the parking attendants to your space
Departure from Blue Lot:
Traffic will be directed south out of parking gates 12-13-14-15 for access to Speedway Blvd. Once on Speedway Blvd you will be directed to I-15 South. The first exit on I-15 South is for access to the C.C. 215 Beltway. When parking gates 12-13-14-15 become congested, traffic will also be directed out of the rear of Blue Lot. Traffic will depart past the LVMS Dirt Track and across the Dragstrip for access to Speedway Blvd. Once on Speedway Blvd, you will be directed west for access to Las Vegas Blvd. At this point you may travel north or south on Las Vegas Blvd.

Where do I collect my tickets?
Tickets at Will Call are located at the main box office at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Please proceed to the three story building, labeled Tickets and Gift Shop, across from the main parking lots. Packages may be picked up with the proper identification. Race Club and Sky Lounge tickets may also be picked up at this area. If you already have your credential, please feel free to proceed to the relevant hospitality area.
Can I just purchase a day pass?
General Admission and Reserved Seats are available to purchase as a single day event, either online or at the gate.
I'm bringing the kids - anything I need to know?
Children 12 and under receive free admission with a maximum of two children per adult. Additional children passes may be purchased for General Admission or Reserved Seating. It's worth noting that strollers, scooters and roller blades will need to be left outside the grandstand, so make sure you're prepared – sunscreen, hats and umbrellas are always a good start!
Race Club and Sky Lounge guests can park in their dedicated parking areas. Please follow the directions on your parking pass or the signs on property.
Is there a special shuttle service?
There will be a designated Uber pickup/drop off on the East side of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Uber Brand Ambassadors will be on hand to answer any questions folks may have -- and the area will be easy to spot with Uber flags and banners on full display.
Will there be any disabled parking or assistance for walking from the car parking lot to the venue?

When do the gates open?
Gates open on Saturday and Sunday at 9:00am.
Hospitality Guests may enter the venue at 9:00am on both days. However, hospitality doors officially open at 10:30am on Saturday, and 10:00am on Sunday
What about food and drink?
You can purchase food and drinks at the venue, so make sure you bring your wallet! Coolers are off limits, as is alcohol – just pack light and you'll be good to go! Unopened bottles of water are allowed at the gates. For Diet restrictions, please call 800-644-4444 in advance.
Can I bring a bag with me?
Yes. As long as your bag or backpack is no larger than 14"x14"
Can I bring my scanner?
Can I do a hangar walk or access a hangar viewing area?
Hospitality guests, as well as Reserved Seating ticket holders, have the ability to take a closer look at the planes in the hangar viewing area - a few feet in front of the Hangars. The grassy area in in front of the hangars can be accessed all day only by the above mentioned ticket holders. Open time: Saturday 9:00am -6:00pm; Sunday 9:00am -5:00pm
The Hospitality Hangar Walk offers hospitality guests the rare opportunity to meet selected Master Class Pilots, as well as their technicians.
